Control points have been identified by the following ratings based on spatial accuracy from poor to GPS quality: Visual Bad, Visual Fair, Visual Good, Caculated, Recorded, Measured, and GPS. Control Points identified as GPS accuracy are considered survey grade GPS. GPS coordinates collected in the townships of Perry, Sparta, Washington, and Noble were acquired with Sokkia (Locus) single-frequency receivers in Static Mode. GPS Coordinates collected in the townships of York, Elkhart, Orange, Jefferson, Green, Swan, Allen, and Wayne were acquired with Leica dual-frequency receivers in Rapid Static mode.
